Mobility & Recovery Sundays: Lower Body Movement Patterns

Our launch class "Yoga & Foam Rolling" was a great success albeit with lots of wincing and groans following the foam rolling session, to follow on, Mark will be leading a 60 minute session concentrating on Lower Body movement patterns (hips, lower back, legs and ankles), our aim is to encourage good pelvic stability and better movement in your classes and Personal Training sessions:
The session will cover:-
  • Core movement patterns incorporating squat, lunge, hip hinge, hamstrings and lower back mobility 
  • Primal Movement patterns - Crawling, Balancing, Sliding and Rolling  
  • Soft tissue release (more foam rolling and trigger ball massage I'm afraid)
  • Flowing mobility sequences
