Looking ahead to next year, there are a few exciting changes in the pipeline. We'll be offering additional lunchtime classes, mixing up the early morning classes to offer 45 minute TRX, Boxing and a much requested HiPer Zone hybrid fast class.

Christmas event

This brilliant fitness community that we've built simply wouldn't be possible without you and we're delighted you're part of it. For those of you who made it to our Christmas event, we enjoyed some early Christmas cheer with classes, gifts, mulled wine, cocktails and delicious food.

Our collaboration with Paola’s Body Barre, Sweaty Betty and Skinny Prosecco went down a bomb! The feedback was phenomenal with people saying it was the perfect blend of disciplines: something to make you burn, sweat and stretch - basically the dream workout! Anyway, if you missed out on a ticket fear not, we have even bigger and sweatier ideas in the pipeline for 2017. Keep your peepers peeled.

As a qualified chef, mad-for-it boxing fan and sports-nutrition-guru-in-the-making, she brings a lot of life, skills and experience to the TZ posse.
