We think it's safe to say Box Bitch's success floored us all. Boxing trainer and burlesque superstar, Lily Priggs, delivered an empowering night of bad ass moves mixed with high energy fun. Serious but sassy, it brought the fox and the fighter out in all who attended. Recent headlines are bang on, the future is most definitely female. We're thrilled to announce that Lily will continue to reign supreme at Transition Zone and will be taking over the Tuesday night boxing slot from April 11th. Get up close and personal to her. Box B*tch returns in July so stay tuned for further updates.
Our bridal event with Maids to Measure at the Kensington Rood Gardens was the perfect union. On the night we partnered up with Harley Street nutritionist, Rhiannon Lambert, to talk pre-wedding fitness, wellbeing and nutrition. No fads. No quick fixes. No faddy recommendations. Just good, evidence-backed advice that gets results and (like a good marriage) lasts a lifetime! Bliss. If you're getting married soon and need some special attention, click here for our Bridal packages.
Next Event - CIRCUITZONE
Our next event is the hotly anticipated Super Set Circuit on Sunday May 14th from 11.30am - 12.45pm. Expect up to three rounds of high octane circuit madness, lashings of sweat and no shortage of laughs - all rounded off with a well deserved and highly delicious Rude Health breakfast. £20 per person or £30 for two. Double the fun for two thirds of the price!
Fitness Gains: From London to Cairo
Claire has secretly been working on a rather exciting project in Egypt, which we can finally reveal. Straight after Easter, Claire and Kasha are off to curate and oversee a pop up retreat in a luxury development in Cairo! It's a six day event that will see them hosting classes, dishing out expert advice and overseeing the Pop up Recovery Cafe. For the people of Cairo it's a chance to get a taste of London's leading edge fitness, and we're delighted to be involved. Look out for videos and photo updates on Instagram and Facebook.
