In keeping with the theme of strength, we have some heavyweight events over the next few months.
Get Strong4Summer CIRCUITZONE
Sunday 14th May, 11.30am - 12.45pm
With summer fast approaching we need to kick-start our summer bodies. fear not, CircuiTZone is back to help with SUPER SETS as the theme. You'll perform more work in less time by exhausting target muscle groups one by one - this is key to building quality muscle and a lean physique. CircuiTZone is an en masse powerhouse of a circuit led by up to three trainers and suitable for all levels. Following the circuit we will host a Rude Health breakfast. £20 per person or £30 for two.
Yoga for Lifters
Part 1: Sun 11th June: Lower Body
Part 2: Sun 23rd July: Upper Body
A yoga event developed specifically for people who lift. Hosted by Dylan Salamon, Olympic weight lifting coach and Power Vinyasa devotee, look out for more details coming very soon.
Box B*tch Round 2

Our supercharged Box B*tch event returns with Round 2. Expect super charged boxing, high octane conditioning, foxy fitness moves, cocktails and provocative tunes. We'll release full details over the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
