How's your summer going?
No matter where you are or what you're doing, we hope summer is being good to you. Just a brief one this time to check in and let you know what we've been up to. Some of the team are rested, tanned and fully revived, others are just heading off on well deserved holidays.
If you're a regular on social media
you will have seen our week long Youth Athletics Camp, split between the studio and Parsons Green, we coached running, jumping, throwing, catching and agility skills and even had time to enjoy some fun circuits, games and the all important fitness tests. Watch this space for more of a regular thing in September.
heads off soon to Egypt again (spreading the Transition Zone love) so keep an eye on social media for her antics out there.
Summer timetable & Bank Holiday Hours
Throughout August we will be running a timetable to reflect the reduced demand for classes, there's still plenty of choice but book early to avoid disappointment.
We've also decided to take some extra time out over the August bank holiday and will be closed from Saturday 25th to Monday 27th inclusive. We open again from Tuesday 28th so you can enjoy that last little bit of summer fitness before heading back to the school gates or returning to work.
New for September
Our full timetable will resume early September (Sundays are back and we will have some new teaching faces too). Small Group PT sessions will return with a facelift, just in time for that post holiday over-indulge!
We will also be launching classes for 11-16 years to fit around school commitments. Strength training, circuits, movement, mobility and more will all take centre stage.
