With a BSc and a Masters in Health under her belt, Katherine is perfectly positioned to get you sweaty and pumped.
A veteran of the industry, she has worked as a fitness coach for over a decade helping clients of all ages and abilities improve their fitness. A former competitive athlete, Katherine gets a real kick out of challenging herself to achieve new physical feats and, as a result, has become accomplished in a whole range of disciplines, from American football and tag rugby, to Tough Mudder and horse racing.
As a fitness coach Katherine employs a broad range of techniques: strength and conditioning, TRX, kettlebell, pre/post-natal training, functional movement screening, circuit and group training, and athletic performance training. She does the lot. You know you’re in good hands when your instructor has first-hand knowledge of applied anatomy, biomechanics, physiology and nutrition.
