Laura’s energy is upbeat and sassy, while her credentials are as varied as they are impressive. Hailing originally from the BRIT school - whose alumni include Adele and Katy B - she went on to train as a dancer at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and more recently qualified as a fitness coach. Always keen to advance her skills, Laura can often be found furthering her qualifications, Les Mills Body Attack the most recent and continuing with Level 2 Personal Training to her ever expanding list. Don’t be fooled by her beaming smile though, you’ll work harder in her full body workout sessions than you ever thought possible as she pushes you past your limits to reach your full potential. Fast paced and versatile, Laura injects her classes with a fusion of HIT, dance, interval training and circuits to get your heart pumping and your quads trembling. Her motto? Work hard, play harder.
