Classes at Transition Zone are deliberately small (4-12 max), across five different disciplines: HiPer Zone Circuits, TRX, Boxing, Reformer Pilates Chair, and Power Plate. Our aim is to bridge the gap between the all-too-often faceless anonymity of corporate gyms and large group classes. All of our classes are taught by a team of highly experienced trainers, whose job it is to ensure you get a great workout, plenty of individual attention and lots of motivation!
