After a delicious few weeks of rest, relaxation and, dare we say it, quite a lot of rosé, we’re back in the game. The summer saw us hosting our 10 day youth summer camp, as well as running some off-site corporate classes and even squeezing in some internal team training. Right now, we’re raring to go. Hopefully you are too. To help you launch back into your fitness regime, the class timetable is now up and running with a full line up to choose from - including TRX, Boxing and Power Plate and we’ve got some new products and events in the pipeline.
