Our mission from day one was for Transition Zone to feel like an extended family. One that’s tight-knit, supportive and understanding. Fast forward six years and we’re delighted to have successfully built a fitness community we hope everyone in your family can enjoy. Confused by all the fitness babble doing the rounds at this time of year? We hear you. New year, new ...blah blah blah. Here at Transition Zone we believe in cutting through the noise and focusing on simple, tried and tested ideologies that work. The cornerstone of our philosophy is that consistency is key. So if there’s one resolution we’d like you to stick to, it’s to keep showing up. Find a workout that suits you, that you enjoy, that keeps you motivated and stick with it.

We always get a bit reflective around this time of year when we look back at what we’ve achieved together. The team is now bigger than ever and covers everything from personal training to osteopathy, massage and nutrition. All you need to keep you in good shape!

We declare self-gifting a thing; it’s the only way to make sure you get what you actually want. And if what you really really want is a fitter, leaner, happier self, then we’ve got the perfect solution.

There’s no better time than autumn to learn fresh skills, embark on new adventures and meet like-minded people. We’re expanding our health and wellbeing community by collaborating with big names and inviting industry authorities to share their knowledge. We’d love you to come and join us.

Feel you’ve lost your way with your training? We hear you. You’re over stretched, sleep deprived, got the post summer blues and October means it’s dark by 7pm. But it's not game over, come and talk to us we’ll get you fired up again!

After a delicious few weeks of rest, relaxation and, dare we say it, quite a lot of rosé, we’re back in the game. The summer saw us hosting our 10 day youth summer camp, as well as running some off-site corporate classes and even squeezing in some internal team training. Right now, we’re raring to go. Hopefully you are too. To help you launch back into your fitness regime, the class timetable is now up and running with a full line up to choose from - including TRX, Boxing and Power Plate and we’ve got some new products and events in the pipeline.

Summer is for carefree days, barbecues and long, lazy lunches, not fad diets and overcomplicated fitness routines. We’re keeping things breezy here with a stripped back summer offering that’s fuss-free and kind to your wallet.
