Monitor Me is an excellent tool to ensure you stay on track with your fitness and nutrition goals. An initial 45 minute session includes our 'ON TRACK' questionnaire, weigh-in, BMI testing, fat percentage measuring and vital body stats, as well as a basic discussion about diet and nutrition. We'll take at look at your current fitness schedule and devise a personalised plan, think of it as your own fitness guardian angel! Follow up sessions will be shorter and ideally every 6 weeks to ensure you are ON TRACK.


Regular sports massage isn't just for elite level athletes, it's beneficial for everyone. As well as reducing the risk of injury, massage can help you train more often, increase flexibility, aid circulation and flush out toxins. Most importantly it helps you recover more quickly, so you can get more from your training programme. 30 Minutes starts for £35

How fit is your pelvic floor?




Wednesday 21st March, 7pm - 7.45pm (Free of charge)

True strength comes from the inside out. Much misunderstood - and neglected - a well functioning pelvic floor plays a crucial role in fitness. For the third in our Women's Health series, we've invited Clare Pacey to discuss how to look after this important area of health. Come along on the evening and learn how to enjoy a lifetime of optimal pelvic floor health, without threat of injury or anxiety.

Health Breakfast

One of the best ways to show yourself some love is by eating well. Consuming at least one nutritious, healthy meal a day can have a real impact on your mood.
