Gyms are officially allowed to open from 12th April for Personal/Individual training only, classes are NOT allowed until 17th May.
Say hello to OPEN ZONE our NEW training concept that allows YOU to "individually" train in studio with the help of OUR expert programme planning (W.O.D).
All you need to do is choose your W.O.D. (choice of 4 themes) take responsibility for YOUR workout and BE READY to train hard. A studio supervisor will be available to make sure everyone trains safely.
There is NO sharing of equipment.
We have kept numbers low to ensure studio capacity is within government guidelines.
Changing rooms and showers are open.
All studio memberships and class credits are transferable.

- Zone4, Zone12 or Zone28 - memberships available from £6.25 per session. NO TIE IN.
W.O.D. Personal Coach
If you’re in need of a bit more support and personal guidance you can book to have the on duty supervisor at your personal disposal throughout the session.

Hurlingham Park/Front of Studio
You'll find us at Hurlingham Park or at the front of the studio (when we have access). Bring your own matt, any equipment you like to use (bands and weights) and off you go.
The countdown is on and soon the full TRANSITION ZONE experience will be available to you all.
