First position, tendu... you don't have to be a ballerina or have a ballerina's physique to try our Barre classes. The combination of warm-up cardio, weights and high reps makes for a punishing class that's guaranteed to bring you out in a sweat. Expect to see results fast as you work your body like never before. We offer intensive 30 minute Barre Fast Classes that work brilliantly back to back with Power Plate or TRX or try our all-out 55min fusion class which combines mat work and the reformer Pilates chair. Remember there are no more than four in a class, so expect lots of personal attention – book now!
