Clean and lean for '17


We're year-round fans of setting goals but there's nothing like the dawn of a new year to reflect on the next 12 months. We believe in setting flexible intentions rather than over zealous resolutions that are tough to stick to and often set you up to fail. Whether it's more exercise, better nutritional choices or working toward a big event or competition, make sure you're aiming for balance; something that'll bring you happiness and health. And don't forget to let us know your intentions so we can help keep you on track.

Right, let's do this. The timetable is now fully up and running with some new additions - early morning boxing classes, a slightly shorter Hiper Zone Power Circuit and more 45 minute TRX sessions - all before 8am. There are also more 6.30am slots for you early risers.
