January can feel like the cruellest month, not to mention the longest. But it’s over! If you’re anything like us, you’re ready to put it behind you and raring to get your teeth into the rest of the year, which is shaping up to be very exciting indeed.
Our long awaited refurb kicks off mid February which means we’ll be closed for a few days (exact dates TBC) with some new additions to the timetable too. Keep an eye on Instagram for the details.
Around the same time, we have some leading edge fit tech arriving for Personal Training which will allow us to track, monitor and stay in touch with your progress inside and outside the studio better than ever.
On top of which we’re thrilled to announce we have new permanent on-site health practitioner - nutritionist Emma Bardwell - joining the team, and Osteopathy coming soon too, working alongside, our already established massage therapist, these new therapies mean you now have a one stop location for all your wellness needs!
A class every day for a month.
