You’re over stretched, sleep deprived, got the post summer blues and October means it’s dark by 7pm. But it's not game over, come and talk to us we’ll get you fired up again!

Studies show exercise can boost mood, reduce anxiety, increase work performance and improve sleep. Plus you don’t have to spend hours slogging away to get results. We pack an awful lot into our classes and Personal Training sessions to ensure you're making the most of every last minute. Sessions span everything from a 25mins Power Plate class to a full 60 minute PT strength session.

Morning or evening our trainers will take you on a journey to ensure you feel stronger, happier and more energised than when you walked in.

Memberships... Give us just 3 months.

Our membership are designed to give you straightforward access to multiple classes a week. One single payment means cheaper workouts, less time spent signing up to sessions and more time focusing on your fitness goals. We also give you first dibs on events, extra discounts on personal training, massage and Recovery Cafe products.




We've launched ZONE4 a NEW membership, for those of you who like to mix things up a little and have memberships across a few locations. 4 classes p/month.
£50. Minimum 3 month commitment. £12.50 per class.


BOXZONE (12 classes PM - boxing only).

Educational Workshop:

BOX BASICS (6 Weeks) 
Tuesday 22nd October-26th November 6.15-7.15pm

Want to get to grips with the fundamentals in Boxing?

With workshop content straight from England Boxing, we'll cover the basics including: Stance and guard, movement, straight punches, bent arm punches (hooks and upper cuts), hand defence, trunk defence and conditioning for boxing.

At the end of the six weeks you'll have a good understanding of the basics and feel confident to join any Boxing class. Lead by one of our lead ABA qualified coaches, you'll be in safe hands!

If you'd like to put your new found skills into action, you can join our BOXCIRCUIT 7.15pm class straight afterwards for just £10 add on. Book and pay at reception.
