No two ways about it, your confidence sky rockets when you're on top of your fitness game. If you're already working it, we salute you. If not, you may need a helping hand. Believe us, we know the score, even trainers get the fear when it comes to the big summer reveal.
The sun's out (or at least it has been for a while now), and with it comes the inevitable slew of summer events and invitations - from festivals to garden parties to weddings and beach holidays. We all know there's no magic bullet, that a toned physique doesn't come overnight, but it's certainly not unattainable. All it takes is commitment (nothing hectic, we recommend a minimum of three sessions per week), some motivational guidance (that's our job) and plenty of focus (over to you). None of us has bags of time these days and we all want quick results. That's why we make sure you make the most of every minute you spend in our open plan, bright studio - whether it's burning calories, building strength or sculpting muscle.

Tough Mudder round up 

After nine weeks of solid training TeamTZ headed off on Sunday to take on Tough Mudder Henley, we had 13 Mudders and two Mini Mudders.... what a day, the sun shone, we were all in great  spirits and we smashed it.... we even had energy to head to the pub (cleanly washed of course) to party into the wee small hours!
