The Andrew Edwards Challenge
Bishops Park, Saturday 17th September
As a very dear client (and friend) of the studio, Claire feels hugely passionate about this special event, in support of Andrew and his family and to keep his legacy alive, Claire will be leading the pre run/walk warm up from 12 midday.
Andrew's family and friends have already raised £130,000, to add to this fantastic total we urge you to get involved in what will be a wonderful community-inspired day.
The aim of the event is to raise awareness and funds to help cure Bowel Cancer. The chosen Charity is 40TUDE are seeking to raise £168,878 for a dedicated project to train radiographers and increase the accuracy of virtual colonoscopy.
Collectively the aim is to cover the distance from Johannesburg (Andrew's homeland) a total of 5,635 miles.
Each team member will set their own Challenge target and miles during the week (10-17th September) of the Challenge.
NEW MONTHLY EVENT - 11th September
Every month starting on Sunday 11th September at 10.30am we'll be taking over the studio with this special monthly supersized circuit mashup. From barbells to burpees, kettlebell swings to TRX core burners and of course our beloved airbike... Expect lots of variety, lots of laughs and plenty of sweat.
