Think of our events and workshop calendar a little like a mini-retreat, and it’s your opportunity to hit the pause button, reset and build some life resilience.
It could be a life coaching workshop to help you untangle and better understand your sense of self-worth, a 60 minute "Talk Thursday" on coping strategies to help manage anxiety and stress, a transformational breathwork and relaxing sound bath, or a longer reset away from it all. Our aim is to bring a sense of calm, restoration and clarity to mind and body.
