How's the summer reboot going?

No matter where you are or what you're doing, we hope summer is being good to you. Just a brief one this time to check in and let you know what we've been up to. Some of the team are rested, tanned and fully revived, others are just heading off on well deserved holidays.
If you're a regular on social media you will have kept up to date with our Egypt Pop up, Claire has just returned from her second visit but this time to Sehel on the north coast. It was red hot in every sense, with temperatures coming in on average at a sizzling 38-40 degrees. Scorcher!
Claire spent two and a half weeks spreading the Transition Zone word and delivering carefully tailored TRXHiPer Zone and yoga classes. The feedback was staggering, with everyone loving HiPer Zone Power (that's the hard one that works you at 90% of your maximum heart rate) and TRX which isn't that big in Egypt yet, so these classes went down particularly well and everyone said they'd miss the straps when she left.
When Claire wasn't teaching classes or carrying out personal training sessions, she was immersing herself in Egyptian culture. Sehel is no holiday resort; it's where the Cairo elite head when the temperatures get too much in Cairo. Many have second homes there, so she really got to assimilate into Egyptian life and get a deeper understanding of their culture. There was time for the odd swim and a night out,  and boy can they party! 6am bedtime seemed to be pretty standard, which calls for some remarkable stamina.
