Summer Athletic Camp

July 8-12 & 15-19 // 11-15 years




Youth Squad returns this summer. We’ll be focusing on the seven principles of fundamental movement: lunge, squat, hinge, push, pull, brace and rotate. We’ll also cover how to run, hop, throw and catch correctly - all crucial to sporting prowess and daily life - as well as have fun and build self esteem.

With eight years as a professional footballer and over five years in the fitness industry, it’s safe to say Matt knows his stuff! A qualified life coach Matt also possesses a real personal and inspiring personality which radiates into his classes and Personal Training sessions. As well as football, boxing has been a lifelong passion, he's trained personally with highly experienced coaches many who have gone on to work with Olympic gold medal winners and World Champion boxers.

Annabel’s background training in performing arts infuses her classes, her passion for performance - coupled with a high energy - drives her sessions. She believes strongly in the impact a healthy lifestyle has on our minds, body and all-round wellbeing, Annabel is dedicated to making her classes fun, as well as challenging incorporating a variety of dance styles in to her power plate work-outs, which feature a wide mix of barre, HIIT and plenty of core work!
