In the Transition Zone world of fitness, there's no room for half measures. We don't believe in softly softly! Yes that means hard work - alongside lots of expert coaching, motivation and mentoring - but it also means results. Luckily we've got plenty going on in the studio for you lucky Transitioners to get fully involved with. Summer is happening any minute (here's hoping) and we're here to make sure you're ready when it does.

Expect three rounds of high octane circuit madness, lashings of sweat and no shortage of laughs - all rounded off with a well deserved and highly delicious Rude Health breakfast. £20 per person or £30 for two so get your bestie/ partner/ colleague involved and share the experience. Double the fun for two thirds of the price!

Then across June, July and August we've got a whole host of events:


Yoga for lifters: 
11th June - Lower Body & 23rd July - Upper Body
A yoga event developed specifically for people who lift. Hosted by Dylan Salamon, Olympic weight lifting coach and Power Vinyasa devotee, look out for more details coming very soon.


Women's Wellness 
12th June
A no holds barred workshop and discussion aimed at all women, covering everything from pre and post natal fitness, pelvic floor health to menopause, hair loss nutrition and fitness as we age. - NO taboos here!   


Box B*tch - Round 2
27th July 

Guard up, sass on and let's get fierce. Expect super charged boxing, high octane conditioning, foxy fitness moves, cocktails and provocative tunes. We'll release full details over the next few weeks. Stay tuned!

We know lots of you would love to join our memberships but are away at various times so cannot cannot commit to 3 months.... good new, we've decided to waive the usual three month tie-in on our membership packages.
