Make Every Class Count
Fitness and wellbeing should be enjoyed, not endured. We're all for good times at Transition Zone; there's no way we'd begrudge you some seasonal mischief! The point is, a big night out doesn't need to obliterate your routine. Any class you do is better than none at all, so just because you've momentarily fallen off the fitness wagon it doesn't mean you have to give up on your programme completely. Just pick yourself up, knock back plenty of water and head over here so we can help you make up the deficit.

We've got a handful of #Transfomers already taking part in our #TransformerWeek challenge. They're starting to see changes and are having a great time along the way. If you haven't read about it yet it's a weekly programme that tracks your progress using real life body stats. Sign up and you'll get one-on-one guidance and mentoring to ensure you meet your fitness goals, whatever they may be - from losing weight to increasing stamina to honing your upper body. It's up to you how many weeks you sign up for but the longer you go, the cheaper it gets. The finale week is 12th December so in theory you have 4 weeks to reach your fitness destination. Each week includes:
- 20 minute consultation including body stats measurement. weigh-in and nutrition advice
- 5 classes and access to 2 Fitopia studio partner classes - 7PW total
- A juice or smoothie after each Transition Zone class
- 1 x 30 min deep tissue massage
