- New faces: look out for our latest team member Katherine. She's here on Thursdays and Saturdays and available for Personal Training. With a BSc and a Masters in Health under her belt, Katherine is a veteran in the industry, she has worked as a fitness coach for over a decade. As a former competitive athlete, Katherine gets a real kick out of challenging herself to achieve new physical feats from American football and tag rugby, to Tough Mudder and horse racing.
Social media isn't all about avo toast and baby spam, we're using it more and more to get connected, educated and inspired. Each newsletter we'll highlight a podcast, an account or a channel that we love and that we think you'd love too. This week the spotlight is on Megan Crabbe from bodyposipanda who is a brilliant advocate for health at every size and a font of knowledge when it comes to body positivity and overcoming eating disorders. We can all take something away from Megan's work towards making peace with her body. Her book, her YouTube channel and her Instagram account are all highly recommended.
