Online Workouts 

Hello TZ Family,

We have been working really hard to stay in touch and love that many of you are tuning into our ZOOM LIVE STREAMED daily classes and 10 minute IGLive taster sessions.

We're continually adding more classes to our ZOOM timetable so you have plenty of choice to fit around work and family commitments.

We have a full timetable of classes, 7 days a week, prices range from £7.50 (£9 drop in). We're also adding more YOUTH SQUAD classes to tie in with the Easter holidays.

Body Weight CON // 35min

"THINK OF YOUR BODY AS AN EMPTY BARBELL".
You'll be getting creative with your own body weight, adding instability, challenging your range, playing with tempo... fast explosive movements, isometric holds and mixing up the reps... all with the aim to help you feel that burn!

Dynamic Pilates CON // 45min

Think of this as Pilates with a little spice! Expect Pilates movements with circuit training principles, the focus will be on isometric holds to allow for total muscle fatigue. It's low impact, Core, Cardiovascular & Conditioning, but HIGH energy!

Yoga & Mobility // 45min

These classes offer a good mix of joint mobility, functional movement, deep stretch and yoga. Expect a variety of strengthen isometric exercises, dynamic stretches and yoga sequences. As well as helping to unravel any tightness in your body, this class will also offer a sense of mental calm.

Youth Squad // 35min

Aimed specifically at 12-16 yr olds, these are FULL BODY circuit style workouts. We'll get creative with own body weight exercises, playing with tempo & mixing up reps, all with the aim to keep it fun, educational and engaging. We'll also be adding in some shadow boxing so there's no time to get bored! Keep a look out for FULL EASTER timetable coming soon!

How does it work?

  • Book your class in the usual way.
  • To purchase you have the options of a drop in £9, 5 pack £40, 10 pack £75. All members can use their class packs (and memberships if still active).
  • Download ZOOM (see instructions below)
  • Have a mat or a comfortable area available.

ZOOM Instructions

  • Download 'Zoom Cloud Meetings' from your app store or via https://zoom.us/download for iPhone/iPad (or) https://zoom.us for desktops
  • Book your class in usual way. (bookings close 20mins prior to the start time).
  • Please ensure your registered email is up to date.
  • A class link will be emailed to you. Make sure your microphone is enabled for ZOOM Once you click on the link you will be part of the class, you will see/hear one of the TZteam (you can choose to remain unseen by clicking STOP Video)
  • Click 'Call using Internet Audio' to be able to hear your trainer Mute your audio by clicking the bottom left hand microphone icon
