A quickie from us - upcoming news


We've decided to take some extra time out and will be closed from Friday to Monday inclusive. We open again from Tuesday 29th so you can enjoy that last little bit of summer fitness before heading back to the school gates or returning to work.

Our full timetable will resume early September (Thursday evenings are back and we have some new teaching faces too). We're currently working on new classes (small group PT sessions will appear on the timetable), more events and we even have some exciting equipment arriving too. We'll tell you more in our next newsletter.


You may have clocked our 'Challenges' series that's been in full flow over the summer: the over head slam, broad jump and slam ball throws have been a great source of inspiration and healthy competition. So much so, the team got involved too (we had no idea our trainers were so fiercely competitive. Blimey!) The next one kicks off in September. Keep a look out on the studio board and via Instagram. Winners have had free PT sessions, class packs and massages.
