Following the success of our collaboration back in November, we are now adding a regular class to the timetable, every Tuesday 6-6.45pm.

With over 20 years of training, competing and coaching experience, Charles delivers physically challenging and technically sound training sessions.

Charles specialises in Cuban boxing and has developed a style of training that fuses Olympic Cuban style boxing with complex footwork patterns and polyrhythms of salsa music to improve the flow of the body.
