Bout 2: BOXCIRCUIT: is a four-station circuit mashup, integrating power punches, pad skills, foot work drills with TRX, slam balls and the Prowler.

New STRENGTH Group PT class
Our new Strength classes more like personal Training but without the price tag!
We will coach in the large compound movements such as Deadlifts, Squats, Pull Ups and Bench Presses, these sessions are all about increasing functional strength and getting results! We’ll coach you on everything you need to know to nail all the different movement patterns (Squat, Lunge, Hip Hinge, Push, Pull, Bracing and Rotation). With individual coaching expect to progress week by week, increase performance and smash PBs.
Max of 6 in a class. Suitables for all levels, from beginners looking to start resistance training to those looking for a strenth training squad!

Each session will cover full body but will have a specific focus so you can build in rest days (and plan) between sessions:
- Tuesday: 7.15pm.
- Wednesday: 6.30am
- Friday: 11-12pm
