More muscle mass? Less body mass? Whatever your body goals, we're here to personally escort you into the party season looking and feeling banging! This year our TRANSFORMER WEEK coincides with the run up to Christmas and it's completely tailored to you and your individual fitness wish list. After kicking off with a 20 minute one-on-one consultation, weigh in and body stats analysis, you'll be assigned your very own personal lead trainer to oversee and monitor your results; a fitness mentor, if you like, to guide you to success.
Running from 13th November until 17th December - The rest of the line-up includes:
  • 2 group PT sessions a week: Strength, Metcon, Core & Mobility
  • 1 group fitness test and PB Clinic
  • 4 classes a week
  • Post workout juice or smoothie
  • Weekly weigh in and progress report 
Sign up for 2 weeks at £330 (saving of £140) or 4 weeks £560 (saving of £312). For each additional weekly sign up the price reduces to £135 per week. We recommend a commitment of one month to start seeing results.

Women's Wellness Event

Friday 17th November 2017 - 11am-12.30pm, (Free of charge) 

You only get one pelvic floor, so it's crucial you look after it. For part two of our Women's Wellness series, we've invited Clare Pacey Women's Health Specialist and Physio back to educate us in ways to stay strong from the inside out. No topic is off-limits.  

  • Utilising your pelvic floor correctly in everyday life
  • Improving breathing 
  • Pain during intercourse
  • Leaking/incontinence
  • Peri/post menopause
  • Hormones
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Exercises & Stretches you should be doing daily
