Hello TZ family,
If you’re looking for a bit more push to get you through lockdown - and beyond - we have just the thing. ONDEMAND Zone allows you to work out in the comfort of your home (garden or even when you're on holiday) whenever you want. Not only does it mean spending more time with your favourite teacher(s), you get to choose from Yoga, Mobility, Abs, Lower Body, Upper body, HIT and BoxCon classes, with new sessions dropping every month. Win. Win.
We’ve kept our ONDEMAND Zone classes deliberately short - 15-30 minutes - so you can squeeze them in around conference calls, home schooling... and the rest, but as always, we’ve designed them to give maximum bang for your buck.
Short on time doesn’t have to mean short on results. If there’s one thing lockdown has taught us it’s that online workouts are here for the long haul: they’re easy, convenient and practical (though we’re still counting down til we can see you in the studio).

Daily LIVESTREAM Small Group Workouts
Like our "in-studio" experience we keep our livestream numbers deliberately low to ensure you get that one on one attention... (yes it's still achievable via a screen), we cap at 12 so we can offer you personal modification and cues.
