Our aim is to help you unplug from the extraordinary stress of the past two years and plug-in to some well deserved time for yourself - it's time to heal physically and mentally.
We’re talking daily hikes to reconnect with the great outdoors, small group training sessions, Yoga & mobility, therapeutic massages, alfresco dining and blissful early nights. The emphasis will be on disconnecting from daily of life while gaining some much needed rest, relaxation and clarity.

Your host, Claire Finlay, has over 20 years’ experience creating world-class workouts and wellbeing experiences. Joining her will be a hand-picked dream team that include two private chefs, walking guide and renowned photographer Jason Howe, and another highly experienced member of the Transition Zone team.
Your sanctuary for the week is a stunning newly refurbished villa that’s big on space and modern touches but comfortable enough to feel like a home away from home.
Think breezy bedrooms to yourself (or shared if you’d prefer). Think gardens to lose yourself in and an infinity pool to enjoy the views. Think high-end, rustic chic living laced with personal touches to ensure you feel physically and mentally lighter, happier and more energised.
Passionate about growing and creating delicious 100% organic whole foods in harmony with mother nature Benjamin and Anne Marie will be your personal chefs throughout your stay, sourcing (and growing) 100% organic, seasonal ingredients your three daily meals and healthy snacks will leave you feeling satisfied not starved.
