We've decided not to make resolutions this year. Instead we’re focusing on what we do best: personal training, small group PT and classes that all get standout results. That's not to say we won't be instigating a few changes around the studio, in fact we already have exciting plans underway to revamp our décor, create even more space and make way for extra equipment.
2019 marks five years since we first opened our Parson's Green premises. Since then the London fitness market has changed considerably, as have we and our clients. 2018 was a year for reflection. This year is a time for action, some positive tweaks, reinforcing what we do best...and then doing it even better! So expect more group team events (interested in Tough Mudder 2019 register interest now) More challenges (and prizes), more personalised workouts and a more streamlined class timetable.
