As a fully qualified fitness instructor, her passion for performance - coupled with boundless energy - drives her sessions. She believes wholeheartedly in the impact a healthy lifestyle has on our minds, bodies and all-round wellbeing, and is dedicated to making her classes memorable, as well as challenging!
Annabel continues to train across a number of different dance disciplines and frequently trains at Pineapple Dance Studios. She particularly enjoys finding new and innovative ways to incorporate dance styles into her Power Plate workouts, which feature a wide mix of barre, HIIT and plenty of core work! She’s your girl for sweat with an added dose of sass. Prepare to be blown away.
