Pre: Banana and a coffee (tried and tested!).
Post: Anything high in protein, even be raw eggs if I’m in a rush but a protein bar is preferable.
Sports mad and obsessed with all things fitness, Sam’s passion for his own training is shared with the same enthusiasm and focus when it comes to his own clients. He prides himself on achieving tangible results and gains enormous satisfaction from the changes in body and mindset that his workouts deliver. But results don’t just magically happen and expectations are high. Once these have been cracked, Sam is a firm believer that nothing is impossible. His ability to motivate is one of Sam’s key attributes, as anyone who has tried his sessions can attest.
