What is Dry Needling/Acupuncture?
Dry needling is a great way to release tense muscle and trigger points, aid recovery and promote sense of relaxation in the whole body. It’s gentle and painless.
You can have a 30min dry needling session for one problem area or it can be a short 15-20min in addition to your Sports massage treatment.
