Our intensive transformation programme takes personalised health to the next level. 12 weeks of precision diet and exercise plans, alongside unwavering support, mentoring and accountability from your very own dedicated squad.

What’s included:

Personal Training:

  • Bespoke Programme – this is fluid and can be tweaked monthly according to results and progress
  • 3 x 60min PT sessions per week & top up classes (classes will be added week by week according to programme design, max of eight per month)
  • Measure, weigh in and progress photos – twice per month
  • Regular check-ins – these will be outside of your PT sessions and will be carried out by TRANZFORM team members
  • Non training day plans (as appropriate)

Nutrition & Diet – Reset Programme:

  • Face-to-face consultation
  • Programme plan and a face-to-face follow up session (this will be tweaked according to your training plan and your progress)
  • Weekly Facetime/Skype call
  • Regular email/text check ins (send over photos of your meals for support, advice and motivation)
  • Recipes/eating out suggestions
  • Post workout protein smoothie


  • Osteopathy consultation and follow up
  • Massage - one per month
