This luxury seven day retreat set deep in the lush, rolling hills of southern Spain is all about you. Your needs. Your health. Your wellbeing. It’s aimed at those for whom a high level of self-care is important. We’re talking daily hikes to reconnect with the great outdoors, small group training sessions, yoga, alfresco dining and blissful early nights. The emphasis will be on disconnecting from the stresses of life while gaining some clarity and perspective.
This isn’t your typical retreat. This is about jaw-dropping hikes, finely tuned fitness sessions, restorative yoga and a deliciously nutritious menu that will leave you feeling content (not starved).
Your host, Claire Finlay, has over 20 years’ experience creating world-class workouts and wellbeing experiences. Joining her will be a hand-picked dream team that include two private chefs, walking guide and renowned photographer Jason Howe, massage therapist and another highly experienced member of the Transition Zone team.
Your sanctuary for the week is a stunning idyll that’s big on space and modern touches but comfortable enough to feel like a home away from home. Think breezy double bedrooms to yourself or shared if you’d prefer . Think gardens to lose yourself in and a brand new infinity pool to enjoy the views. Think high end, rustic chic living laced with personal touches to ensure you feel physically and mentally lighter, happier and more energised.

Are flights included?
No – Gibraltar is the closest airport - it’s about 55 minutes door to door. But there are fewer flight options - only BA and Easyjet fly there and most flights are to/from Heathrow. It’s a small airport so very easy to navigate but it can be a little unreliable in that it can suffer from some tricky winds which means sometimes flights are diverted to Malaga which can be annoying. You also have to cross the border on foot from Gibraltar to Spain before getting your taxi or car. It’s fairly straightforward but a walk from the terminal. Malaga is about a 1h 20 minute drive and there are lots more flight options – main carriers are Easyjet, Norwegian, British Airway, each with several flights a day and from all London airports.
Do I need to take part in all activities?
The simple answer is no, however we do advise you participate as much as possible to get the full retreat experience.
Will you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Once you are confirmed on the retreat will make contact to collate dietary requirements. The retreat will primarily be plant based.
What will happen if Covid restrictions are back in place?
We will reschedule and assist you to modify your reservation for 2022.
