Jude is a fully qualified Level 3 PT and group fitness instructor with over 8 years' coaching experience firmly under her belt. Her big-workout energy shines through in her delivery of top-notch, high-octane classes that leave clients feeling stronger, fitter and revved up to come back for more. Her specialisms include HIIT, Kettlebells, TRX, boxing, strength and conditioning, and small group PT.
