With a background in martial arts, Rob has competed in judo, Muay Thai, boxing, and MMA since the age of 10. His 25 years in the industry make him a fitness tour de force. 

Following an integrated approach to training, incorporating mindset, nutrition and regeneration, Rob uses a holistic approach to help you get the best out of yourself.
