Eventful November

As you know, we only collaborate with partners we feel do things really well and compliment our ethos. Throughout November we are really excited to offer you two great events,  events are a great to immerse yourself a little deeper into a passion or discipline you want to explore further, they are also a great way to meet like-minded people and get more "in the know". 

Temple of Inner Strength

Mindful, Movement, Mobility Workshop 

Thursday 9th November 2017, 6.30pm-8.00pm 

Feel like you need to restore some balance in your life? Richie Norton of The Strength Temple is a former rugby player turned personal trainer yogi and mobility and movement coach. His unique teaching philosophy blends physical challenge with mental enlightenment, making him one of the most inspirational names in the fitness industry right now. Join him on a voyage of discovery, exploring how to mobilise your body, improve your flexibility and develop strength that transcends the purely physical.

Use it or lose it: Preventable pelvic floor health




Women's Wellness Event

Friday 17th November 2017 - 11am-12.30pm, (Free of charge) 

You only get one pelvic floor, so it's crucial you look after it. For part two of our Women's Wellness series, we've invited Clare Pacey Women's Health Specialist and Physio back to educate us in ways to stay strong from the inside out. No topic is off-limits.  
  • Utilising your pelvic floor correctly in everyday life
  • Improving breathing 
  • Pain during intercourse
  • Leaking/incontinence
  • Peri/post menopause
  • Hormones
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Exercises & Stretches you should be doing daily
We invite you to take part in an open, informal discussion over tea and cake. This event is free but you need to register to book your place.
