Mum's the Word - Pre & Post Natal

PostNatalBounceBack.jpgFor any mums looking to strengthen up post childbirth, we're offering small classes (6-8 people max) focused entirely on postpartum needs - from core strength to pelvic floor rehabilitation. If you're part of a #mumgang who'd be up for it, bring them along or set up your own group. On the flip side, if you're planning on giving birth in the foreseeable, Kasha and Claire are experts on helping you remain strong and prepare your body for all the changes that it'll undoubtedly undergo during the months before and after your birth.
