People, it's official: summer has landed! Love Island, the World Cup and some deliciously sunny weather recently means we're all suddenly in very good moods. The feel-good factor started with the royal wedding (how we whooped...and wept!) and continues to be felt throughout the studio and beyond. Nothing brings us more joy than the thought of getting you in peak shape. With that in mind, we have masses on offer over the next three months to ensure working out never feels like a chore, including: a brand new offering aimed at younger athletes, memberships deals, a World Cup challenge and ideas for seasonal produce to stock up on.

TRANZFORM: Post natal




Post natal 3+ months - Monday 25th June

Our Post natal expert Kasha will be launching a TRANZFORM programme designed specifically at new mums. Sessions will take place twice a week and run for 4-6 weeks. As well as the chance to meet fellow mums (max of 4 in a group), we'll help you regain your core strength, build up energy levels and dig deep to get your body strong and fit. Exact times are down to you. We have just one slot available.
*2-4 60min sessions per week.



Youth athletic coaching


16th-20th July, 1pm-4pm

This summer sees the launch of our Summer Youth Athletic Camp. Aimed at adolescents between 11 and 15 years of age, they're a superb way to channel energy, develop confidence and hone athletic performance. Moving between the studio and Parsons Green, our experienced coaches Mark and Katherine - will be delivering first class athletic coaching around team skills, movement patterns (run, jump, hop, throw and catch) strength, coordination, stamina, flexibility and balance
Single day: £45  3 days: £130. Full week: £200.

New faces

We're so sorry to be saying good bye to Adam who's leaving us to explore the delights of Newcastle. Adam has been with Transition Zone for three years and will be sorely missed. 
Joining the team is Abbi Kennedy, back from her stint performing and touring, she's ready to wow with her energy, precision and perfectly structured workouts. We've got a few more new faces in the in the pipeline too so watch this space!
