How does it work?
We start with a consultation, together we discuss your goals, diet, nutrition and lifestyle habits, we’ll follow up with recommendations and get you booked in for weigh in and measurements (if required). Once you sign up, you’ll get access to our diet and nutrition support booklet, our aim is to get you back to basics with your diet and nutrition, it seeks to educate not dictate.
- We’ll set your daily calorie targets
- Offer support to help you stay on track
- Track your progress (weigh in, body stats & measurements, progress photos)
- Guide you through the myriad of diet culture mixed messages
- Help you get some structure into your daily routine.
- We expect 100% commitment from you.
You’ll only get back what you put in. So hard work whilst training, eating well, resting and recovering plays a vital part too. It takes plenty of discipline but IT WILL be worth it! You’ll get a weekly check in, share photos of meals, log your workouts, post sweaty selfies, we’ll keep you motivated and on track. Knowing we are there to keep a close eye means you’re ACCOUNTABLE and less likely to slack
