With over nine years of boxing coaching and personal training under his belt, Joe is well versed in turning clients’ health around. An ABA qualified boxing coach, currently studying for his Level 4 Strength and Conditioning certificate, Joe recognises the importance of constantly upping his game with ongoing education. In short, he knows his stuff.
Who would be Joe’s typical client? The answer is, there isn’t one. He’s as competent working with younger members (he’s a boxing coach at Dale Youth ABC juniors boxing club in his spare time) as he is with the elderly or less able bodied. On top of which he’s a dab hand at putting together programmes for diabetics and pre and post natal women. Joe is a massive believer in the psychological benefits that fitness can bring about and sees boxing, in particular, as a brilliant way of navigating the stresses of modern life.
