Functional Movement Screen

We now offer Functional Movement screening as part of our personal training consultations, however, for a short time only we're opening them up to all for just £25. Used by athletes and professional sports stars, this test is at the forefront of performance optimisation. By measuring six fundamental movements that are key to daily life, we're able to determine if your movement patterns are optimal, acceptable or dysfunctional. By taking out the guesswork, you're better able to enhance your regime and get the most from your body - both in the studio and in life.

We have a couple of new faces joining the team soon; Laura and Abbi (as pictured) have a fitness and dance background which mean boundless energy and enthusiasm They are in the middle of training at the moment but will be joining us very soon, keep an eye out for them and be sure to check out their classes.
